Batteries almost caught on fire and won’t charge. Absolute trash. I’m angry i waited so long to open it and now I’m stuck with it. Lesson learned.

Not a bad product but crowded my bike

Well I purchased this powered extension bar for my e-bike because it would serve two purposes for me. One was I could add some extra things on it that I didn’t have enough room for on my handle bars. And two I could keep my cell phone or any other electric item charged up with extra battery power. It was a nice concept and seemed like it would serve my electric needs. The tube itself is aluminum and pretty solid and the extender clamps seems pretty good. I charged the Batterys and put them in the tube and pushed the button and it lit up in blue sparking success untill the plastic caps broke off without even touching it. I didn’t over tightening them just put them on easy. It seems the pressure from the batteries and springs inside was just too much for the very very thin plastic caps. The tube still works for an extender but the charging part of it is totally unusable unfortunately. The build quality is just not there. Hopefully you’all can have better luck than I did. Thanks Don
