My 89 yr-old Mother-in-love looked fantastic in this dress. She wore it to church on a hot day, but it was cool inside. She's 5'7 and 191, wearing a XXL. Tied in the back, it fit just right. The length was perfect with flats on.

This dress looks so cute in the pictures, but the reality is totally different. The fabric is a thin and hangs limply. It doesn't flare out like it appears on the model. The "belt" is only a half sash, attached at the sides. The two sash pieces can only be tied in a knot in front, with no "belt" in back. Also the sleeves and hem are way longer than indicated. I'm 5'2" and the sleeves were longer than full length, and the hem hit the ground. My wife who is 6'2" tried it on, and the sleeves were still longer than 3/4, and the dress was longer than pictured. I know it's a maxi dress, but this was so long! I also have to say that the neck isn't a true boat-neck like in the picture, but a much higher, smaller neck. The feel of this dress on both me and my wife was that of a cheap, conservative, choir frock. Not a fashionable evening dress.

I am deeply disappointed. The dress seems to be of good quality material and has a nice weight to it. I am honestly just tired of shopping online and being continually let down. I am normally in-between a 2X and 3X for most brands but this dress is a 3X and was too tight in the bust and arms. I'm not even a "well endowed" person! I have like B-C size cups! So I guess if you have small arms and smaller boobs than me this dress is worth it. Good luck out there.
