I had a pair of these boots and wore them until the outside edges began to show wear. I searched for the name brand and found them on Amazon. I received them quickly. I have been wearing them often. I love that they are casual without a heel, but still look dressy depending on what you wear them with. I wipe them with a damp cloth to get any dirt or mud off of them after wearing, let them dry, and they are like new again. Easy upkeep, comfortable, good pricing and they look nice with any outfit. These were very comfortable and the fit was perfect. However, after only wearing them maybe a dozen times, the finish over the front (toe area) is wearing off and looks terrible. I can’t wear them anymore. Very disappointed with this purchase. I should have returned them but threw them in the back of my closet instead. Let me start by saying that I own these boots in black and I love them. They are extremely comfortable and they look great. So I ordered them in tan, but as soon as I took them out of the box, I could see that the stitching where the ruching meets the zipper was really a mess. The black underside of the fake suede shows a lot. I checked the black ones that I owned, but of course you really couldn’t tell what the workmanship was like because everything was black and nothing showed. I’m going to keep them, but I am disappointed. I can highly recommend them in black or another dark color but if you’re thinking of getting them in a lighter color, you might be disappointed too. ... show more

I wore these on a trip. I had to go through TSA screening and the medal on the side made the scanner alert and I had to remove them and go through scanner without them. They had to go through the rolling scanner. Just FYI. I wore the boots all day and if someone is doing a little of walking you may want to insert an additional shoe insert to mask the fatness of the boot. It doesn't have great foot support, but for temporary walking in cold weather they're good. ... show more

I’ve had these for about 2 weeks, I wanted something inexpensive to be work shoes through the winter instead of the flats I wear in warmer weather. These are better than I expected! I like that the leg opening is wide enough to wear with leggings and narrow enough for slacks. They are very thin and flexible, a plus in my book as I prefer a lighter, flatter- more barefoot type shoe. The toe box was a little snug the first day or two but relaxed after that. I do get annoyed that the suede type material is a hair and fuzz magnet. And these would not be suitable for wet or snowy conditions. I have some Barefoot Merrill trainers and vivobarefoot winter boots, these reminds me of the trainers in how they feel. All together I am really pleased. A 10th of the price of actual “barefoot” shoes and actually a little bit stylish! ... show more
