Update: I initially gave 3 stars (see below). Then, James from Bestier Customer Service contacted me to find the best solution to get things fixed. I did appreciate his involvement and his efforts to improve my satisfaction. To my opinion, very professional behavior. This desk is a good deal for the price. It's big enough to have 2 computers (3 monitors) and there's still space, and the look is good. Assembly is quite easy, some drawings should be a bit more detailed/zoomed - it would help for screw hole location. Once assembled, it's sturdy. I gave 3 stars only, because it arrived DOA - dented on arrival - see picture. The edge was slightly dented, and it was not even on the outside of the carton. I don't generally leave reviews, but to be honest this desk impressed me enough to make me want to give my feedback. This desk arrived to me in near-perfect condition - the only issues I had with it was a very small and minor amount of denting on some of the supports, but they're hardly noticeable especially with the black. The box came kind of beat up, but the desk top itself was in perfect condition and pretty well protected. I was worried that the connecting parts wouldn't line up seamlessly, as those kinds of things bother me to no end, but it's a perfect fit. Let me say that the assembly was a bit confusing. The instructions aren't terribly clear. When I saw some of the reviews, I figured people weren't paying special attention to the instructions and that's why they were having some trouble with the assembly. However, even with knowing this I still had to take apart and redo some parts in the assembly - mainly, putting together the supports. All I can say is make sure you read the instructions beforehand. Read ahead a bit to make sure the holes are in the appropriate places and everything makes sense. Other than that, it wasn't too much of a hassle to put together. I was debating putting a 4-star review for the reason of the assembly, but I honestly don't believe it's complicated enough to warrant that. The amount of room on this desk is FANTASTIC. I've never had so much space. I could quite easily fit three monitors on one side alone, and have my computer on top of the desk still. I was a bit disappointed that my computer was a bit too large to put on the bottom shelf, but it's no big deal really. Instead, I just used that shelf for my cable box organizer, and it keeps most of the cording nearly invisible below the desk (and out of sight for my cat!). I'm definitely not opposed to showing off my computer tower on the top of my desk either. The desk itself is sturdy as can be. I've had no issues with wobbling. The shelving provided is perfect. And since I never use that one side of the desk, I simply purchased a cheap drawer set and put it below my desk. I could quite easily fit a second one underneath, and if you get one that's thin enough, you could likely put it where the shelves are meant to go. Overall, this is the best desk I've invested in. Granted I've only had it for about a week now, but I'm so far very happy with my purchase and can't imagine the quality will degrade too quickly over time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Shipping was fast. Box messed up a little but didn't affect it. Keep in mind any of that damage is the shipping company's fault if you have any issues there. Thankfully these guys who brought mine and ripped the box a little, didn't get through to the wood. 1. Materials: All parts are High quality. Strong, Sturdy, Durable. Not disappointed at all on that. Surprised, actually. That is good value for the money. All parts were there, and they even have extra spare parts that saved my butt on two occasions. Great idea there. 2. Instructions: they do not have text, only pictures. However, they are some of the BEST and most organized instructions I've ever seen and I've put together many desks before. Everything is easy to recognize and find and things are labeled. 3. Assembly: the con was that the very last wooden piece I put on, had two holes that were not aligned with the frame. No problem...just used two of the "F" screws included and bam! Problem solved easily. Aside from that, you follow the pictures, you'll have no issues. Easy to assemble if you just pay attention (look at my video and pictures). Took me about 1.5 hours by myself, taking my time and taking some breaks. 4. Room: look at my pictures. On the top, I have two 27 inch monitors on one side and two laptops on the other and still have room in the corner for a light or something else, and still have room on the desk for papers, etc. I am 6 feet tall so I was worried about room, but it fits perfectly. Lots of room underneath and my legs don't hit any parts at all. Underneath I have the desktop, speaker system, and still have two and a half full areas to put more stuff. Crazy Look? Check pics. Although I had a minor problem with assembly it was on me not looking closely at the instructions. Once I had the minor problem resolved it came together beautifully. This is a very sturdy table/desk. The tops are well made and have the wood grain cover on both sides of the tops. I am currently using them as a hobby table for my 3d printers and right now have a 250 x 250mm filament printer and an Elegoo Mars resin printer working on the table with enough room to put at least one more printer without crowding myself out. Planning on getting a Elegoo Saturn printer in the future and I'll have plenty of room for that on this table. Customer service is top notch. I contacted them about my slight difficulty and they got back to me within a day. By the time they returned my email I had already figured out my error and corrected it. If you need a large sturdy table/desk you can't go wrong with this unit weather you are using it as a straight or or "L" shaped table. You can also build the table into 3 different configurations which will give you more possibilities on how to fit it into your space or the way you want to use it as a work station. ... show more
