I recently purchased the Bestier L Shaped Gaming Desk with Shelves, and I'm absolutely loving it! Here are some of my thoughts on this desk: Pros: The desk is incredibly spacious, giving me plenty of room to work and play games without feeling cramped. The L-shaped design is great for multitasking, as I can easily switch between my computer and paperwork without having to get up and move around. The shelves on the side of the desk are a fantastic addition, providing extra storage space for all of my gaming accessories and other items. The desk is sturdy and well-made, with a solid construction that feels like it will last for years. Cons: Assembly can be a bit tricky, especially if you're not used to putting together furniture. However, the instructions are clear and easy to follow, so it's not too difficult. There are no drawers with this desk setup, so you might want to look into purchasing some drawers as well. I ended up getting two sets of 6 drawers on casters from Ikea to work with this desk setup. I also purchased two of these. One I made into a full straight desk, and the other one I made into an L shape. I highly recommend the Bestier L Shaped Gaming Desk with Shelves. It's a fantastic desk for gamers and anyone who needs plenty of workspace, and the added shelves are a great bonus. The desk is well-made and sturdy, and I expect it will last me for years to come. Desk shopping online sucks - most websites' measurement filters don't work well if they even have them and especially on Amazon a lot of the pictures are deceptive of the depth measurement. Ideally I wanted a 28 inch or higher depth but after searching through hundreds of products that were 24 or under, or looked very wobbly, I eventually consigned myself to use a monitor arm. I love this kind of secretary style the most but these tend to also run shallow in depth and you wouldn't be able to use a monitor arm https://www.amazon.com/Sauder-412920-Carson-Forge-Desk/dp/B008GV1KJU/ref=psdc_1063306_t1_B072HSX97F I also wanted a storage shelf or drawer of some sort. Eventually I found this Bestier L desk which is deeper than most other L desks and at $150 or under I think the price is not bad for what it is. I was worried about the sturdiness of a lot of the desks that look like this but thankfully this one is very sturdy and I can push/pull myself in my chair without shaking it. I wanted Brown or Light Grey which was unfortunately oos at the time of my order. The Oak color is kind of meh, I don't know if some are printed worse than others but mine has a lot of these areas where it just looks scratched instead of distressed. I see what the intention behind it was but I don't know who actually thought it looked effective at achieving it. It's not scratched though and I was lucky to not have any damage in general. The middle top piece isn't exactly flush with either side and the top shelves will wiggle if you push them. But if you're not inspecting it up close it's attractive enough and looks nice in the room. I did not put it together, my partner very kindly did it for me and it didn't take them long so I can't comment on the instructions. They were in the same dilemma of wanting a deep desk and chose a kitchen table instead, but I prefer the way this looks to a table. Sturdy, comfortable desk with plenty of legroom and plenty of work space. I did fail to read the directions closely enough at one point in assembly, and had to break down and rebuild a portion, but it only took me an hour or two. Highly recommend

Let me start with, I love this desk! HOWEVER, the desk comes with the WORST directions for construction ever. There are no words, just drawings. You absolutely have to look at which way which board goes or which side which rail goes on. It took my brother-in-law and I two and a half hours to put this sucker together. One rail facing the wrong direction will have you doing more taking apart than putting together. But once you get it…the desk is amazing and ver spacious.
