This was not a one man job... One step told me I would need 3 people, but I did it my way (thank you Frank Sinatra). I can't figure out how to get the LEDs to work which made me sad. Are they broken, perhaps, I thought to myself. Then I realized I plugged them in backwards, but I think the instructions were wrong... Also the monitor stand was nearly impossible to assemble. I did not follow the directions there because I cannot see how it can be done that way. The cup holder and headphone thingie are not clearly labeled ahead of time, meaning if you're like me and put the wrong stand on the wrong side then oops by the time you realize your mistake you'd have to disassemble the whole thing! No way! Anyway, I like the desk. It is roomy and nice, but the Sisyphusian assembly made me take off 1 star. Is that fair? Let me know what you think in the comments... oh wait amazon removed those ; ; ... show more

We got our desk for our 15 year old son who is a gamer, but also a good student. He needed a desk like this for his gaming and for his homework. We got it all assembled and then saw that it had a rip on the top portion. So we wrote the company asking if they had another top piece so they wouldn't have to send a whole other desk and we wouldn't have to disassemble this desk and then haul it over to the ups store, we were hoping to just replace the damaged part of the desk. They wrote us back almost immediately and said they would see if they had an extra piece and get back to us asap. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece we needed so they told us they would ship us a whole new desk and to just keep the other desk and do with it what we wanted. I thought that was so amazing that there are still companies out there that care about customer service. It goes a long way in my opinion because now I'm going to tell all my friends about this company and I'm writing this review to brag about how great they are. I will take the damaged desk and put it in my office and then let my son get the new desk. I could use a nice new desk like this and I don't mind the damaged top. Thank you Bestier for your amazing customer service and your awesome quick resolution. I can't thank you enough for how wonderful of an experience it was to do business with your company. You guys should be proud of how well you treat your customers. I'm very impressed!! The damage to the desk wasn't that big of a deal to me, but my son was really upset about it. Now he's happy and I'm happy and got a new desk for myself out of the situation. Had desk for almost 2 years now. No major issues. Some minor peeling of the carbon paint on top. Sturdy! and light, perfect size for what I need. Led light stop working but I never really used it. Would buy again.

Pros: The size is about perfect for me personally, I picked this desk for that reason. I'm able to comfortably fit my laptop, a keyboard and mouse, a large curved monitor, a switch, and some miscellaneous items pretty comfortably Monitor shelf seems sturdy enough for both of my monitors Cons: One corner of the monitor shelf arrived damaged - both top and bottom of the corner are noticeably chipped and I will likely need to sand that down so that I do not hurt myself on it in the future Being nitpicky here, but the rails on the edges of the desk interfere with the clamp for a microphone stand I have been using, so I'm not able to place it where I would like to Overall the desk seems good for what I need it for, and if it holds up for a few years I'll be happy. I would recommend having a second person with you when you assemble the desk to keep some of the rails in place, otherwise assembly could be a bit tricky. ... show more

The thing is great. My only complaint was that 1 of my desk pieces came chipped. Can't tell it was from shipping or just quality control. Not enough to make me want to send it back since it's the holidays but yeah... I love it either way. The desk itself is sturdy, don't be deceived by the carbon fiber appearance Though, it's word with a carbon fiber mimicking paint job, mine came with some slide damage, the box looked like fedex threw it down some stairs. But that's not the fault of Bestier, the desk was damaged on the corner of one of the desk tops Though, nothing a little wood glue won't fix. Other than some cosmetic damage from shipping, this desk is pretty sweet! The RGB light strip looks super cool, and i have doubled my working surface area from my old desk. This desk fits my 32 inch monitor, and my ps4 on the desk comfortably under the shelf, you could fit 2 consoles side by side under the shelf, but it's going to be tight. My only major complaint is that there's no cord management holes to thread through in order to keep things tidy. I took 1 star off for the cosmetic damage, if it had come fully intact, I'd give it 5. As a youtuber, this desk is a game changer, as i stated before, i can fit my tv, consoles and my laptop for editing all on this desk at once. And i can do so very comfortably. Assembly could have been easier, lots of tiny screws that look very similar, i drove myself crazy for an hour looking for the longer bolt to anchor the legs, which i had mistaken for another bolt and used in an improper spot. The diagrams in the directions could be more clear, other than that, i really like this desk so far. I'll update this review with pictures when i get the chance. So far id say if you want a super light weight desk with lots of work space, this is a solid option that won't break the bank. ... show more
