I took these when we went camping for a week and they ended up being the shoes I wore most of the time. I was able to kick them off easily before entering the tent without the strap around my heel. The beach was rocky so they were great for there and didn't float like Crocks do. They dried quickly on the hood of the car in the sun. We didn't do any long walks but I could see that I may like a little more support for that type of activity.

I like these. They are very comfortable and perform exactly as I'd hoped in terms of being a minimalist shoe that allows my feet to function as nature intended when I'm walking around the house. While I love the wide forefoot, I wish they were a little tighter through the mid-foot. They are rather loose in that fashion and hence allow my foot to slide around a little. The soles are VERY grippy. It's nice for, you know, grip. But it's hard to put even very loose clothes on over them. Also, yesterday, they caught the section of the blanket that hangs off the bottom corner of the bed and caused me to fall. I mean, these things GRIP. It wasn't an issue for me. But could be for someone not capable of catching themselves.

I've bought several of the genre in the last few years, and find them stylish, yet comfy for a 70+ not only to lounge around in but with the back sling deployed, they are highly-wearable for outings, AND quite reasoanably-priced. I wear them for my daily STRUCTURED without the back strap and they stay in place. The only thing I do not wear them for is dressed-up. Two of the pairs here -L & R are 2 of 4 pairs recently-purchased here on amazon. TOLA.

If you’re elderly and rather stay upright than slipping on wet concrete or tile, these soles are perfect for you! Wearing these I am confident walking on slick, wet flooring won’t bring me down. They are comfortable! My croc’s aren’t as comfortable and I’ve slipped/fallen due to their no gripping sole. No, not made as well as crocs. Support is minimal, comfy live barefootin’ and light weight/ not “clunky “ like crocks. Overall a good purchase for 67 year old feet.
