I took a chance and ordered this in dark red with the lace overlay top as a prom dress for a person who HATES trying on dresses and refuses to wear anything that is not comfortable. (They were going to wear a dress they wore to another event that was not as formal.) When this arrived, not only was I able to get her to try it on, but she loves it! It fit perfectly according to the size chart, but just. It has a slight amount of stretch. I wouldn’t have ordered bigger though, as it would not work well if at all baggy in the chest. (Ordered the small for a 5’1”, 115 pound person) The length in the front is perfect for them- right at the knees in front and just above floor in back when barefoot. (It would likely fall higher on a taller person, and that would be fine, too.) The material is soft. The lace on top is not scratchy. The sweetheart neckline underlayer lines perfectly with her shape (not offset at all). The bottom is silky and flows beautifully in the high-low cut. The underlayer is at the knees all around, but that works well and makes the bottom move and swirl nicely behind her. And here’s the big thing- she can wear it with her short black combat boots! It would work really well with heels, nice sandals, or flats, too, but it looks a bit rockstar/edgy with the boots. Great to see her in a dress that makes her feel great and works with her favorite shoes! Total win! Would highly recommend! Just do be prepared to steam or press it, obviously, since it arrives folded up in a bag, it has fold marks. I also may need to spray some static-guard, as the layers have a bit of cling without it.

The dress was a gift for my sister to go to prom. The color was perfect, the fabric, was very sturdy and not see through at all. Fit was a bit snug on her, but it looked amazing. The dress doesn't have much elasticity so if you have fuller hips I recommend sizing up so you don't rip the zipper. The mesh didn't flow great, it was held a bunch of static, and clung together.

When I tried on the dress it felt like a match from heaven. I loved it so much i can move so freely and I don’t have to walk a proper way or if you don’t you fall. I even did the splits(well the best I could) in it and it didn’t even rip. I love this dress but the zipper gets stuck sometimes. but I would definitely recommend it!!!😁

This dress is so more beautiful than I expected! The color is more of a neon pink which is what I was looking for. The pictures do not do it justice! Amazon suggested XXL for me but I got an XL and I should have just gotten a L. But it will be comfortable for dancing. I cannot wait to wear it!
