If you are bigger in chest check measurements to be sure. It is flowy so no need for any alterations from the waist/hips!! Length is perfect for 2 inch heels & front is shorter but is respectable (not too high). No bra in Dress but my bra doesn’t show at all so it is comfortable. The material feels nice and it fit me really well. My only complaint is that even with the zipper down, I couldnt get it past my rear end so I had to put it on over my head, which was a tight squeeze and made it even harder to take off. Dont let that discourage you though, its a beautiful dress and I'm definitely wearing it to my friend's wedding! ... show more

I love this dress! It fits well. It doesn't show bra straps. The sparkle is fun without being overwhelming or irritating on the skin. The cleavage is just enough to be sexy and still classy and modest at the same time... a hard find for us busty women. I'm hoping the lines come out of the smooth fabric with my steamer... they look fairly set in, but if they do come out, I'll change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. *****The creases came out with two passes of my little steamer. The dress is made very well. The lace is beautiful and placed well. The fit is true to size. I wear a 16 in womens and I got a xxl and it fit like a glove. I am heavy in the middle section and you can’t tell with the way the dress fits. If you are heavy in the top go up a size. The dress is beautiful! Comes a little wrinkled but a quick steam got the wrinkles right out. Dress is perfect for any special occasion. My original plan was to get this dress as a back up to my birthday dress in case the delivery was delayed. But it is so beautiful that it is the dress I will be wearing for my birthday. I bought this dress for a wedding. I am to be a bridesmaid. The dress actually fit true to size which I was completely blown away by. I love the look and I love the feel. Easy to get in and out of. I love the lace overlay in the bodice as well. The hi-low is also a nice touch. The bride shows these because we plan to wear Converse sneakers that will be decorated to match the color of our dresses. Yep, you guessed it. She chose a peacock themed wedding. The only issue I have with it is the bodice above the belt doesn't really have any structure to it. (I hope I'm saying that right.) It's just as limp as the rest of the dress. I ordered a size up and is still too small. The ribbon is sewn on and makes the waist very uncomfortable (no stretch). It is very pretty but you may have to detach the ribbon to make it work.

My daughter loved this dress for her prom, the only thing I noticed is that the ribbon at the waist would slide up and not be at the correct spot in some of the photos.
