I wasn’t sure what to expect when this dress arrived, but it’s way nicer in person than I thought it would be. The fabric hangs beautifully and looks more polished than I expected for the price, and the fit is true to size so I didn’t have to guess about sizing before my upcoming wedding. My only real con is that the underslip was a bit too short for how the outer layer drapes, so I took a star off for that — I ended up buying extra fabric and lengthening it myself so it feels more comfortable and modest for an event. Once I made that tweak, the dress feels just right and I’m excited to wear it on the big day. For casual photos and social occasions it feels flattering and well-made, not cheap or flimsy. I also how how easy it is to move around in; I didn’t feel restricted or worried about wrinkling even after hours of wear. For the money, it gives you a dress that looks nicer than the price tag suggests — especially with that underslip adjustment. If the slip were just a bit longer out of the box this would be a five-star pick for weddings and other special events.

Really impressed with the dress for the price. Lots of great things to say about it. I'm about 5'6" and 140lbs, normally wear a 6-8 and I got the medium. Since the fabric has a lot of stretch, I almost wish I had gone with the small so it would have been more form fitting. Pros - stretchy fabric is comfortable - quality fabric hangs well and doesn't look like it will wrinkle - sizing was accurate but the stretch allows you to size down if you want it to be more form fitting - length was perfect for me - style and shape of the dress was flattering, I really like the slit on the side. It doesn't go too high but adds a little sexiness to the dress - the "sequins" are more like sparkles on the fabric, just enough to make it glittery and fun without looking overdone Cons - none! I wanted this dress to use for formal driving classes at horse shows. I don't like to spend a ton of money because i know they will get dirty. This was a great find!

This dress exceeded my expectations. I ordered it on a whim and then thought I might return it. But it’s really lovely. I worried that it would be cut too low on top, that it would be cut too high on the leg, and that the ruffle would look silly. None of these things turned out to be true. The fit is perfect which doesn’t always happen with dresses for me. I am smaller on the top than the bottom so if one half fits the other is either too big or too small. Not so with this dress. The material is soft and stretchy and so it stretches just right where it is supposed to, but it’s not tight so bulges are fairly well hidden. The fit is close enough on the top that a jacket, shrug, or fancy sweater looks fine if you want to cover up your arms. The dress is nicely made. The bodice is lined down to the waist (photo 1). The skirt is not lined but the material is thick enough that nothing shows. The one issue the dress has is that it is pretty wrinkled when you take it out of the vacuum packaging. I hung it up for a couple weeks and some of the wrinkles came out but it is still too wrinkled to wear as is (photo 2). The laundry instructions say that you can hand wash, dry clean, or steam press the dress. You’ll need to do one of these before wearing.

I love this dress so much! The purple is a really nice color, but it is a bit more red than the product images show. My picture makes it look more red than it truly is as well, so it's somewhere in between their pictures and my picture for the true color. There are a lot of sequins on this, which makes it shimmer really well, but I have had quite a few fall off. It isn't enough to change the look of the dress, just be aware that you may have some fall off the first wear or two even after washing. Not all of them will be attached perfectly. I expected that to happen, I just wanted to note it anyway. The fabric feels high quality, it is fairly thick which is nice for the colder weather, especially without sleeves. The fit was true to size, and it's also very stretchy, so just follow the size guide and don't worry too much about needing to size up. The slit follows the ruffle on the side, but it doesn't go up nearly that high, which is great.
