I’m 5’0 and 108lbs and got the Youth Large. I’m petite and had ordered Carhartt bibs first and they were absolutely massive and way too long. These are the perfect length and have a lot of room to layer underneath. They have a front zipper, leg zippers and regular metal clips. A Youth Medium probably would fit a little tighter if you don’t want to layer a bunch. They’re also comfortable and not super stiff. ... show more

My 9yo daughter went through several pairs of girls snowpants very quickly, most tore very easily. She asked for a pair of Carhartt style ones and after searching online I found these. Got her a size Large and she was very happy with the fit when she tried them on. She can wear a sweater underneath, so the roomy fit on the top is perfect for layering without being binding tight. The length was also just right, no need to fold. She has to break them in a bit since she said it was hard to bend at the knees her first time out, but I have no worries that will continue.
