The BERG Rally is equipped with the unique, patented BFR-system. BFR stands for: Break, Forward and Reverse. The BFR-system allows you to brake using the pedals, but also reverse immediately after coming to a standstill. This makes the BERG Rally super simple and easy to ride. Thanks to its four wheels, the BERG Rally has excellent stability. They allow you to corner quickly, sharply and safely. No tipping point occurs, so tipping over is virtually impossible. Berg bikes are the best made and safest bikes for kids. This is my grandsons third. As we live country, they are able to go off road and are still easy to peddle. They don’t tip over, due to 4 wheels, and his first one is being passed down to his little brother still looking like new. He has plenty of room to grow with the Rally. Giving 3 starts for a customer service. Well designed kart, the only hassle was with a screw that connects the frame with the seat. Could not resolve this issue and had to all the customer service and left a voice message for them. No one called back. Will wait and then will return the cart.

The product was pretty easy to put together, even though it was only pictures. What was truly amazing was as we put it together we noticed a missing piece. Since it was the only thing my son wanted for Christmas we were very upset. I emailed the company and they fedex'd us the piece by Christmas eve. Super prompt response and amazing service. After trying to find the right bike for our autistic son (8 years old) and failed we were about to give up we find this pedal kart !! He loves it the fact that the seat is wide and the stability of the 4 wheels and being closer to the floor makes it awesome for him after 2 days he was riding it like a pro... it took 30 minutes to put together, tires had to be inflated. My son is 4’7 and uses the last setting on the seat, my 14 yr old has used it too and she is 5’2 and had fun with it... so far after a month still rides strong it is heavy ish but other than that a great kart ... show more

Cool cart but chain kept falling off. After about the 5th time in 2 months I called the company to ask them about it. They wanted me to email pictures and proof of purchase. 3 months later and 4 more times of the chain falling off with the last time resulting in not being able to put it back in because the crank bearings came apart they decided to warranty it. Took another month a 4 more calls to finally get them to ship my new cart out. Still waiting for it now. It is half way through July. We bought it in December for Christmas and had chain issues since February. I will say the customer support guy is very nice, he just seems to be overwhelmed and because of that inefficient with warranty issues. ... show more
