Ok these are $17 slippers, so I don't expect to pass them down to my grandkids. But, I do expect them to last at least ONE whole year, instead of only 2½ months! Seller: Tell the manufacturer to use STRONGER thread. These could be big sellers even at $20 if you used good thread. The materials seem to be decent quality, but the thread disintegrated and the sole separated from the uppers. I will be hand sewing them back together with thread used to mount line guides on fly fishing rods, just to see how much longer they can last. With the right thread, I bet they could last a couple years. The soles are better than other cheapies I've bought. The ones I used to be able to get from dollar genital (😂) were similar but lasted longer than a year, almost two years before they started to self destruct. They were only $10. How much would better thread cost you? Pennies per slipper, but you'd get good reviews and sell all your stock to satisfied customers. Instead you have bad reviews that will screw up your sales and cost you more in the long run. 🙄 ... show more

    • Initially Comfortable, Completely Fell Apart

Although these slippers were initially very comfortable, it didn't take long for their true nature to shine through. After two months the soles completely separated from the uppers. The shoelaces, which I assumed were most decorative and permanently tied on a slip-in moccasin, snapped off, leaving the slip impossible to secure. In short, these literally fell apart. I bought these for my dad for Christmas. He used to wear regular moccasins whenever he wasn't in work boots. They have become hard to find over the years. Over the years, he is also constantly cold in his hands and feet. So, I was excited to see these hard bottom moccasin slippers lined with soft sherpa for him! I chose these because I thought these were the nicest looking and they had good reviews! He can wear them in the house or run outside to take the dog out or take the trash out without having to change shoes! Hopefully they will help keep him warm until he can convince my mom to go south for the winters! ... show more
