I could not be more pleased with this tunic! I bought four, including mustard/black, aqua, pink/purple, and rose red. I am a 2X, and the 2X fits perfectly, with room to spare but without looking like a tent. I put all four in the washing machine on cold and hung to dry, and they all came out great, with no twisting and wrinkling. In fact, a woman in the condo laundry room commented on the "pretty dresses" hanging on my drying rack! The quality is first-rate, the fabric is not-too-thin and not-too-thick, and the designs are lovely. They hang just right so that I can wear them with leggings. I am most comfortable wearing camisoles under them. These will be a summer staple for me, and I'm so glad I made the leap! I highly recommend. ... show more

    • Good fit, wrong color
First, the good news: It fits nicely (the measurements chart seems accurate) and the neckline is just right for a collarless top, with a modest V in the front and a high round fit back of the neck. I didn't want another V in the back, but couldn't tell from the photo if this would be a problem; happily, it's not. The side seams allow a comfortable fit for arms without exposing too much side skin or undergarments. The fabric is dense enough that a cami or tank isn't needed -- and that was a top priority for me in choosing a comfy top for hot weather travel. Not-so-good news: I chose red. I wanted red. The description specifies red and the photo appears red; however, this fabric is a plum color, with purple shades throughout. I tried to attach a photo to illustrate the colors, but Amazon wouldn't approve it. If you've read the description, you know this is 100% rayon and hand-wash only. It also will wrinkle in a suitcase. If you're prepared to touch up with an iron and want a plus-size top that hangs well over capris, pants or shorts, this could be your go-to summer top. Just don't expect RED. ;) ... show more

Every time I wear this I get comments on how beautiful it is, and it is! I purchased the purple and the red and these are true to size. They look nice and they are super comfy. I have washed both a couple of times and they keep their color and stay tightly sewn - no unraveling here. Well done!

I bought three of these this year. It's a new style, with no fringes. I got one one in brown/yellow with dragonflies, YELLOW, orange/pink, CORAL with what appears to be tiny little phallic shapes on it, and the last one I got today, is turquoise/golden brown, with tic-tac-toe pattern. They are all a great weight, the fabric and construction is very good. One thing that is noteworthy is, the intensity of the colors. The yellow/golden brown is as shown. But the coral (pink/orange) is quite vivid in the picture, but it is a lot lighter in reality, almost like a pajama top color. But still, I like it, expected vivid, though. The same with the turquoise/golden brown. It looks like vivid lime green in the picture, in reality it is lighter, turquoise and golden brown, with only tinges of green. As I said, I LIKE them, very much, but the color difference was significant... ... show more

    • Finally, good quality fabric in a low-price caftan
I have done a lot of shopping around for caftan tops-they are a summer favorrite of mine. This is the best one I have found, and the price range is truly good. To me, the fabric is very high quality-thin, but not TOO thin. Many caftans I've purchased online, especially in this price range, are sheer. I don't want sheer and this caftan is opaque. It is the perfect top for a hot summer day, and it is long enough to be used as a cover-up at the beach. I just received it and have not washed it yet, but I am confident it is going to wash nicely (I have never had a problem washing good quality rayon). Sizing is generous (petites might find it a bit long) and the colors are vibrant and very true to the photo (for the color I purchased: Blue: 13731). I can't wait to order a few more to replace some of the others I purchased elsewhere that disappointed me. Bottom line: highly recommended. ... show more
