I sent these coffee cakes as gifts for Christmas. When I received mine I was very upset to learn that this product is not made with the best ingredients. There was not a picture of the ingredients listed at the time of purchase. Per Amazon it was a good choice. I don't think so. A tremendous amount of artificial flavor, high fructose corn syrup and corn syrup. Very disappointing. Earlier today I received the apple coffee cake. Immediately I tried to return the unopened box but it won't let me. I will never purchase these items again.

This ships USPS. Bad idea. I assumed from the price that it shipped FexEx and would be nice and fresh. (My bad.) It arrived at the post office on a Friday. I didn't get it until Tuesday. While it wasn't moldy, it was very dry. It was also overly sweet, while not having many dates in it. It didn't have the crumbly texture I expected. Disappointing. Way overpriced for what you get. If you order it, track it every step of the way.
