My 4 year old has gone through her fair share of shoes/boots and many do not hold up well to daily use including playing hard outside. These boots are well-made, durable, resistant to wear and tear, and look good on her. We haven't had any trouble with the fluffy lining shedding. The boots keep her feet warm in the winter but they don't get sweaty (and no stinky smell). The sole is flexible but sturdy and offers good support and good traction. The boots have “fur” all inside. They will be very warm in winter. My 2year old was able to walk perfectly fine they are not heavy. Got a size 8 and her foot is 5.9 inches they fit perfectly.

I buy a pair of bear paw for my daughter every year. It’s the best boots to keep her feet warm at school when they go out to play. Super easy to put on and take off because of the zipper on the side. I clean them with a brush, soap and water and they last the whole winter

So my daughter(2yrs/size 9) wore these boots for the first time today and so far so good. The only issues for us: 1. The fur inside the shoe sheds like crazy. Before she put them on I noticed some. I used a wipe to get the rest off before trying them on and there was still black fur on her socks. 2. Its a little struggle to get the shoes on. I thought the zipper would help but I still have to work, but she has a fat instep so maybe thats the issue, otherwise the 9 fit with space for her toes. Both my daughter and I absolutely love these boots. She hasn't worn them just yet other than trying them on. But I will say they look and feel great. Fit a little big but thats fine we can have then for a while! True to color. Also I wanted put it out there that the gray and pink ARE treated with bear paws water seal. The tag attached to the boot will let you know what each boot has done to them. ... show more
