I should've sized down to a small. But I had an inch taken in on each side and it was perfect. My daughter is 4'11" weighs 110lbs. I got nervous that it would be too small so I sized up and ultimately had to have it taken in, but at least she could still wear the dress she wanted. If it would have been too small, it wouldn't have come in in time having to reorder. This dress is slightly stretchy too! It is a thick kind of knit material. It reminded me of my grandma's pants. Very well made and sticking was tight! Zipper was easy to move. I would order again in another color for another event.

True to size, fabric had a good weight, did not feel heavy and it didn’t feel itchy to the skin. Flows very well. The front looks like it has a slit but it’s only an illusion. Had a few wrinkles but it was easily ironed out. Will be using it for a wedding. I’m 5’4” 140 36B and I got a medium.
