It’s a good quality thick feeling tie but the photo looks nothing like the actual tie. This tie is silver with a hint of purple. It’s extremely light. 4 stars is being nice because it is well made but if I really needed it to look like the photo, I would be disappointed.

The color is as pictured, I ordered purple red, which is about an eggplant shade rich and deeply saturated with gorgeous sophistication. The tie ring is complementary to the tie, and will dress it up even further, but if it's too much blink you can take it off for a more casual approach. The brooch pin is a key with a chain hanging off which brings on some texture to dressing up, this also can be used separately or together or even paired with other ties as the key is not purple. If you don't like the key, you can give it to someone who likes it like your teenage son or daughter. The key is also embellished with crystals which is elegant and charming. The three-piece set can be used together or separated and can be used on other ties and outfits as the ring and brooch are neutral in color. Together they can make a plain tie stand out more in a crowd, and sure to wow onlookers who might ask, where did you get that tie/pin? The price is excellent and affordable, you can pick up several to match different jackets, vests, and shirts to change things up. Great for professional office jobs that require suits.
