This set was very amazing. Each piece of the set had a very informative section about it on a card within the box. The brush is amazing and very versatile as well as soft and we'll made. The primer is nice and seemed to work well ensuring long lasting makeup, however something in this product made me break out. The powder foundation is very light and airy and has a very natural finish. The setting powder is a good and seemed to over all work as expected.

Bare Minerals is a popular makeup brand. If you’re a fan and it works for you, then you’re probably already familiar with it. When I was younger, it used to work better for me. This stuff is awful. I've heard about it for the last 20 years and was so excited to finally have the money to try some. What a waste. If you have even the slightest amount of wrinkles, it absolutely emphasizes them a thousand times. I looked at least 10+ years older than I am after I put this crap on. I'm only 42, but this stuff made me look at least 55. And also, they market it as being "lightweight." Bull. It was so thick and cakey I could feel it sitting on my face. It was awful. I literally put the stuff on and washed it off after 5 minutes. I couldn't stand the feeling. The only people who might like this are young people with ZERO wrinkles, and people who don't mind the feeling of having the VERY HEAVY feeling of something caked onto your face. It was such a waste of money. I gave it to a teenage girl at my work and told her that if she didn't want it, to throw it in the trash where it belongs. Also, for the amount of money that it costs, the amount of product you get in return is minuscule. It's absolutely horrible. This garbage is definitely, without a doubt, one of the top five worst things I've ever purchased in my life. It was such a disappointment. I am a single working woman who lives paycheck to paycheck, and can't afford waste, and therefore I usually will go ahead and use up a product that I'm unhappy with, just because I don't want to have wasted money, but not this. There's no way I would go out in public wearing this stuff. It absolutely emphasizes wrinkles, even with the primer. Like I said, I gave it away. I've been wanting to try this stuff for 20 years and at least now I know what junk it is.

I love Bare Minerals and use their products most days. Previously, I always tossed my everyday powders into my toiletry kit. They are kind of bulky and I wanted to streamline my makeup bag for an upcoming trip. These little guys did the trick! There is plenty of product in a compact space, but not so compact that they are uncomfortable to use. The included brush is a travel game changer. Highly recommend for travel or if you want to get acquainted with the brand.
