I ordered a large since I am curvy and have a pear shape body. I am 5' 5" and weighed approximately 165 when I purchased them. They are very comfortable, roomy, and slim fitting down the legs, which is flattering. I have lost about 10 lbs. now and they still fit great, but I feel I need to size down to a Medium. I will definitely be purchasing more scrub bottoms in this style.

So I bought these in the middle of last year and loved them! Light weight and I love the waist band and the material. So I bought another pair in the SAME size and they didn’t fit! They were like a size half smaller. I got an XL and they fit like a medium. So I’m going to return them and go up a size. But the difference in the sizes was a bit ridiculous.

A couple of my coworkers talk me into buying these. I love the texture of the material, they are super comfortable and lightweight. Only thing I don't like is the drawstring is basically for looks you can't actually make them tighter around your waist so I have to pull them up alot (maybe I should have went with small rather than medium) and the ankle slit could be a little bit higher just my opinion because I am use to zippers so my pants lay over my shoe and the legs are straight rather than baggy but that's just me being picky. They are definitely worth the money, great quality. I'm definitely going to order me another pair but a size smaller this time
