These are fantastic scrubs, for the money. The top is meant to be snug, so I would size up if you have a bigger chest. I am petite and weigh 102lbs. These pants are great! Very comfortable. The material is sporty and stretchy. As far as the fit, I usually wear an XS in my scrub pants but I think heart soul tends to run small so I bought size S this time and they fit great, not too tight but still fitted. I would recommend going a size up. Only con is the material is very distinct so it's best to buy with a matching top it may look weird blending materials. ... show more

I have this top in both small and medium. The small is much closer to my body. Practically fitted. I'm a 32dd, sometimes ddd, 28" waist. The medium is very loose, much bigger.     • Flattering "hourglass" fit
I'm 5'2" and ~135 pounds, originally purchased a medium but it was too large. I have medium-sized scrub tops in other Grey's Anatomy fits so that was my original guess. This top is closer-fitting throughout the waist and flares out at the bottom (think hourglass shape) so I think it looks better a little snug-fitting, and a small definitely worked better for me. I will say that since this top is more fitted, and as all scrubs materials are not incredibly stretchy, it can be a little difficult to get out of. Overall this is a flattering-looking scrub top and a nice soft material. Buy your normal size if you want a looser-fitting, long top; buy a size down to get a closer fit that's a little more flattering. ... show more

Ordered both the Steel and the Black in medium. The Steel fit perfectly and the Black made me look like ground pork stuffed into a sausage casing. I’m not sure how the two of the same scrub top can fit so completely different. The Steel color was very flattering and comfy so I returned the Black and bought a large.     • The cut is awful
Why is it that women’s scrub tops are cut to be tight across the chest yet huge in the stomach. It’s not just this style and brand. It’s irritating. Just cut them like a regular tee with a few added pockets. That’d be way more comfortable. Returning.

Great quality scrubs. If you know scrubs you know the sizes are often pretty weird so when I went through reviews, I was strictly looking for measurements. Hopefully this helps!
