This top is a perfect basic/essential for my scrub wardrobe. The fabric is comfortable and easy to move in, and it doesn't seem like it makes me too hot or too cold. I was worried about the v-neck being too deep, but it hits perfectly. I always wear a size small in all the non-scrub tops I get, but for all scrubs I wear a size XS. I got an XS in this top and it fit well: loose enough where I didn't feel like it was too tight on my body, but still flattering. Like most scrub tops, it is a little long and almost covers my entire butt. The two pockets in the front are handy for shoving things in that I will deal with later. I mean, it’s a scrub top. It’s flattering enough, but still loose and easy to work in. Where I am in the lab, soft and comfortable matter a lot more looking cute or feminine. This style is great if you’re a bit pudgy in the middle tbh. It’s less fitted than the classic empire waist, v-neck top that Grey’s makes, but wayyyyy cuter than a boxy unisex fit. I’m a long time fan of Barco brands. They’re a bit more expensive, but they really hold up and don’t need ironing. The fabric doesn’t breathe all that well, but again...lab. I’m always cold, so the fabric works well for me. If you’re a nurse and running all the time, you might feel hot or sweaty. I ordered the same size I always get from this brand, and like the looser fit, but you might consider ordering down one size if you’re into a more sleek look. ... show more

I wear a size XS to size S at most stores (Express, Abercrombie, Macy's, Nike, etc..) and I ordered this top in size XS. I used it as my only set of scribes working part time for 4 months, washing every week, and the colors have not faded at all. The fit is perfect - not too tight and not too loose. The neck and sleeves are great and there's plenty of loose room at the abdomen, which I appreciate. Great quality at a VERY affordable price compared to Figs or other high end scrub brands. I ordered this scrub top along with the grey's anatomy 3 pocket V-neck top both in XS and ended up having to return this one because it was just a bit too tight for my taste. For size reference i'm about 110 lbs and 5'4. This was my first time ordering grey's anatomy brand and I wear an XS in cherokee brand. Standing in my living room it looked like it fit perfectly but then I started loading up my pockets and realized it just wasn't going to work for me. I can't stand scrubs feeling clingy as soon as you have your pockets loaded full or when it's a tight squeeze trying to get out of the top at the end of the day. The 3 pocket V neck had a lot more stretch in it and felt like it was a whole size bigger than this top, it's almost a little baggy on me but I really liked it. I really liked the look of this top too but it just felt a little too tight. If you prefer your scrubs more fitted then I would say this top is a great choice in your usual size, but if you're like me and like to have a little extra room then maybe try going up a size. ... show more
