Great looking tree! It is high quality.
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 9ft
This is a premium tree. We wanted something that would last more than 3 years and not be replacing bulbs. This was an investment in our favorite decoration. It was easy to put together and looks great. We hope it is one of those things we get what we pay for.

Lights didn't last for us
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 9ft
I love our tree. We bought this in December 2020 and we're in love with it. Fast forward to 2022, our lights started going out. We have changed the lights but they will not light back up. So we spent a ton of money with a tree that didn't last. I'm really sad because they're beautiful.

Not as shown
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 6ft
This tree didn’t look anything like the picture. Very sparse branches. Lots of space between levels. Plastic branches. The worst tree I have ever seen. On sale it was $600.

Hit or miss with balsam hill
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 6ft
This tree is our second balsam hill. The first was a 7 footer prelit regular lights. Found that it constantly had lights out which put out most of a branch. We were hesitant to purchase another but we went with this one which has led lights with considerably less of them but it seems to be pretty good so far. ... show more

A little slim
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 6ft
I was looking for a tree that was smaller in scale and came with lights It was easy to assemble and fit the need it could do with a few more branches tho’!

9ft tree too Heavy - returned it
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 9ft
This tree is so heavy 50lbs total for 9ft It did not feel sturdy on the base since it was a “slim” tree I guess because of the weight distribution. The tree itself was realistic looking. The branches were metal with hinges contributing to the weight. Lifting the top tier while standing on a ladder was challenging since each section is heavy including the top. After some run around on who was paying to ship it back, we were able to return it back to Balsam Hill. Shout out to the fedex store person who provided guidance. ... show more

Very life-like appearance
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 6ft
Arrived very quickly and I did a mini set up without fluffing to ensure it lit. The branches are very life-like. I can't wait until Christmas!

Not worth the price
Color: Led Clear Lights Size: 7ft
I bought this tree originally on Amazon for $600+ dollars, then it went on sale at Balsam Hill the next day for $449. I had to return the tree to Amazon and reorder. I just set the tree up for the holidays and what dissatisfaction! You have to fluff every branch of the tree and painstakingly arrange all the branches. It still appears as if there should be more filler branches or thicker branches. Had I not gotten the tree at a better price and be stuck with this tree at $600+ I would be very unhappy. I hope after decorating it fills the gaps. I would not buy this tree again. ... show more
