This item holds a lot but my longer necklaces get tangled unless they are on the bottom row and there is not enough room for all on the bottom. It is however tons better than storing in multiple jewelry boxes. I can't picture using this for travel unless you only took a few items. The individual pockets don't seal. This makes it easy to find the accessory I want so I give it a 4 out of 5.
