Assembly is a little difficult for one person, but it is possible. Just don't do it outside during a heat wave like I did. A second person would be helpful only for holding the pieces securely while the other person screws everything together. I am pleasantly surprised with the overall look and feel of the chairs. They are sturdy and rather comfortable. Even the little accent table is nice. Everything's relatively easy to clean with a hose. Chair covers might be helpful in the winter. First the good: These chairs are pretty comfortable. They are sturdy and have the bonus feature of rocking. The table too is sturdy. The set looks good together and is well made. TIP: Start the screws part way but do not tighten them until all screws per side have been started. This gives you some leeway when trying to align the remaining screws. You may also want to use your own hex wrench as the included one takes a long time. The bad: The instructions are pretty basic and nearly useless. There are no written instructions, merely a few diagrams. The set can be a bit awkward to assemble with just one person. This set replaced our old one. I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality and comfort of these chairs. The cushion material is easy to clean and doesn't get soaked in rain like other outdoor cushions. The set did take a little bit to put together, and is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! This outdoor furniture looks nice and is well made. Assembly took me a few minutes to assemble, but nothing too complicated or difficult. I have a hex head socket type kit, so I was able to use an extension with 1/4” impact drill to speed up the assembly process, otherwise you have to use the “L” shaped drill wrench that is furnished… a much slower method of assembly. The seat cushions are soft, comfortable and look good. The rattan on both the seat and back are well done and are comfortable. My only dislike about these rockers is that they don’t rock very much. The little table is about 14” in diameter and is sturdy and is painted well enough for outdoor use. I am fortunate to have a screened in patio so weathering shouldn’t be an issue. I will get a foot rest of some sort for these chairs. The furniture is well made and is worth the money. ... show more
