Twenty minutes after I put it on him for the first time, he lowered his head, licked his lips & let out a huge sigh then almost fell asleep the entire two hours he wore it. Got a great deal. I think maybe it is a bit small for the size but I didn't want to exchange and try a larger size as I think it should probably be close fitting to get optimum results. The media could not be loaded. My horse recently broke his withers so I bought this to help with the healing process. It fits him great and seems to be true to size. He is a 15.3 Thorougbred with a long shoulder and is generally hard to fit in this area. I bought a 78. You can really feel the warmth under the sheet. He has some arthritis in his neck as well. I haven't had it long enough to tell if it's doing him any good but his recovery is going faster than I anticipated so maybe it is. ... show more

Very well made and fits true to size. My 16.3H OTTB wears a 78 in his blankets/sheets and the 78 BOT fit perfectly. He appears relaxed with the sheet on. I can't yet speak of it's effectiveness which is why I gave 4 stars.
