    • Beautiful Crib, Crappy Delivery Experience
This crib is all I expected it to be. It was fairly easy to assemble with two people. It took about an hour to get it together. It's very chic and modern. It allows for a lot of embellishment in terms of nursery decor. The acrylic looks great - just like glass. Side note: The package arrived two days early. My husband went outside when we saw the Fed Ex truck pull up. Two men got out of the truck, hauled the package to our neighbors house, and came back. My husband specifically asked them if that package was meant for our address as it was obviously a crib. The delivery driver said no. I received a text from Fed Ex no more than 30 minutes later saying my package had been delivered. Seriously? Immediately, I contacted Fed Ex and Amazon to let them know what had happened. We went to the neighbors house (we are living in a new neighborhood so we don't know anyone yet) to try to retrieve our package that she signed for! No answer. Fed Ex sent another truck back to retrieve the package. No answer. We went back later that night. No answer. The next day, Fed Ex sent another driver to retrieve the package. No answer. At this point, it was getting ridiculous. Amazon said it would be replaced if we didn't get it back but, really? We finally got in touch with the neighbor and had to bring it back to our house on our own 3 days after it was delivered. No impressed with the way this was handled by Fed Ex. Perhaps Amazon should consider dealing with a different shipping company. ... show more

I LOVE this crib. I bought it in 2018 for my first daughter who is now 1 years old and making good use of it. I LOVE that while I was trying to get here use to sleeping in her room, I could lay her down and she was still able to see me on her futon without her getting up. I honestly thinking the clear rails made the process much easier. I will soon buy this crib again for my baby girl that is on the way. Love love love this crib. Recommend building it inside the room where you want it. We built it in the living room and had to remove the dirt to get it in the nursery :) great looking item and feels so sturdy!

My husband was impressed with how easy it was to put the crib together. It is sturdy and feels safe for our expected arrival. The design is perfect! I wanted a clean, modern look for the nusery. Other acrylic cribs were very expensive, so this Babyletto was a bit of a compromise. It did not disappoint!! Baby has not arrived yet, but I love the baby letto harlow crib. The design is very sleek and modern and it was very easy to assemble. The box arrived with all its components and in good condition. The mattress level is adjustable. We installed the mattress and the highest mattress level works fine. No need to bend over to pick up the baby. the front acrylic slates had a few cracks in them from shipping but I reached out to Babyletto and the immediately shipped a new replacement piece for the crib and it was delivered in less than a week- my son and daughter in law love the crib!!
