  • A lightweight - in the best possible way.
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
This is the one you want. Why? Because it is light. It is super light. It is a feather compared to a regular pack and never play because daddy's back hurts. You may be asking: "So what? A regular travel bed weighs a little more? I can handle it. It’s only fifteen more pounds." So what? SO WHAT!? Sweet summer child. You know nothing. I will tell you “so what.” You're traveling with your wife and two kids. To visit your parents. In February. In the great white frozen forsaken wasteland where there are only three seasons: "spring", "winter", and "I can't feel my face". You arrive after a grueling 15-hour drive, made through the night so the little ones won't scream more than half the time. And even though it's too cold to be snowing, it somehow still is. The wind whips through your poorly chosen outfit and reminds you why you left this northern hellscape. Each of you grabs one of the children and wraps them inside your clothing to keep them from freezing solid on the trek from the driveway into the house. You lose sight of the house once or twice in the blinding snow squall, but your resolve is strong: we must save the children. Once inside, you breathe a sigh of relief as feeling returns to your extremities. But the delight of the warmth is short-lived and soon gives way to the realization that you still need to unpack the car. Where will the children sleep? What will we wear? How will we brush our teeth? Gathering every ounce of energy remaining in your shell-shocked body, withered and worn down from the early years of child rearing, you kiss your family goodbye and venture back toward your Volvo stationwagon. You only need the bare essentials: your bag, her two suitcases, her handbag, her other handbag she calls a purse, the children’s bag, the baby gate, and a single travel bed for your youngest. You grit your teeth with each added weight. Your arms and back burn as the load increases. You miraculously balance the cargo and begin the journey. Your arms sag and your fingers begin to loosen as the cold takes its toll on your muscles. The carry straps on travel bed feel like overloaded plastic grocery bags, desperate for amputation. Your pace slows. You press on. Tears freeze on your face. Every breath feels tiny daggers. You stop. You can’t make it. You place the travel bed on the ground. You will need to come back for it. As you arrive at the door, your wife quickly realizes something is missing. Where is the bed? She sees the defeat in your eyes. Slowly, she lowers her head, unwilling to maintain eye contact. Your parents watch from the top of the stairs, mouths gaping in horror, shielding the eyes of your children. You have brought shame upon the family name. And it is in this very moment, in the deepest, darkest moment of your life, that you will understand the depth of your ignorance as the memory of your two most arrogant words returns to haunt you for eternity..."so what?" ... show more

  • Convenient and Easy to use
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
The crib is light weight and easy to move whether assembled or not. Our baby loves it

  • High-Quality Product, but Awkard to Place a Baby Inside
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
Love this durable, high-quality item, but the tall sides make it a bit hard to use. Our daughter is very tall and quickly outgrew her bassinet (~ 6 to 8 weeks). We transitioned her to this travel crib in our room and it worked very well. The mattress is comfortable and it's easy to assemble. We have also traveled with it many times (6 flights) as a checked item, and the case has held up great. The main problem is that it's difficult to lay a sleeping baby inside. My husband is 6ft 4in and I'm 5ft 7in and we both find it very awkward to lay our baby in it, since the mattress is on the ground. I have to curl my toes under the mattress and bend at the waist to place her inside (and she frequently wakes up when we try to put her down). Other than that its a great item and we will continue to use it for travel and for a playpen, since our daughter had moved to her own crib/room. Pros: Easy to assemble Great quality and safety Comfy (but still baby safe) mattress Cons: Difficult to lean over sides to place a sleeping baby inside Sheet cannot be put in dryer ... show more

  • Nice design, easy to fold
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
We love the design and how easy it is to fold. I wish the mattress was a little thicker and it would be nice to be able to zip up one side but I understand that may not be safe.

  • Turned out my baby actually loves sleeping on the floor 🤷🏻♀️
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
My son loves this travel crib more than his own crib. Maybe because it’s on the floor? At first I was like I’m not sure about letting him sleep on the floor. The idea was just making me uncomfortable. I got it but I was very iffy about it. It turned out my baby actually loves sleeping on the floor 🤷🏻♀️ ... show more

Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
If you travel, you need this crib! Super light weight, super easy to put up and take down, the matress is so comfortable and the carry bag is sturdy and easy to carry. My 7 month old baby sleeps so good in this crib! He is big for his age (93rd percentile in height) and has plenty of room!

  • We are very very happy we went with the Bjorn
Color: Black Style: Travel Crib Light with Fitted Sheet
After reading all the reviews and going back and forth between this and the Lotus. We are very very happy we went with the Bjorn. It is extremely simple to put together and the material and design are very well thought out and put together. The bag is of higher quality then the Lotus although it is a little bigger in bulk and doesn't provide the backpack option, we are still happy with the Bjorn. After all, who focuses on the bag alone? The pad is of somewhat memory foam and has a water resistant layer to repel fluids. Also, the sheets that come with the bundle deal are very soft and of high quality. Overall I would say you definitely get what you pay for and you can't ever go wrong with a Bjorn product as this is our third and we have loved every one as equally. ... show more
