No knock against this particular lounger, but honestly, don't expect it to work for a baby 12-24 months. Actually once baby starts rolling over from back to stomach, I move baby to another type of lounger, just for fear of baby snuggling up too close to the side and there is limited air flow. I think for this reason, many loungers are banned, or frowned upon from being used. With any baby item, supervision is required. You can hook up a motion camera to detect if baby moves too close if you are unable to keep watch yourself all the time. This is just a nice, clean, dedicated soft place to lay baby, especially when visiting relatives. Or I use when going room to room and not rolling the bassinet to the room that I am working in. I can lay baby safely down in room A while I do chores, then pick up and carry to room B, etc. I think PRICE becomes the major factor for a purchase since there is so much competition. After price would be fabric print - whether gender specific, or gender neutral. I DID receive the off-white color, which is OK. How ever, a darker color will not show dirt/grime marks. could be natural oils that come off of hands from carrying the lounger. could be spit up/drool from baby. a darker color even a print would better disguise the grime. Overall, this works. So much competition I can't say I recommend this. It depends what is on sale at time of purchase. I ALWAYS click on the seller store, this is the hyperlink right under the title. I could "guess" from the seller name that this is just a distributor. And since there are so many loungers being sold by non-brand name sellers, this is just one of many to choose from. Nothing about this lounger makes it a 5-star.

Keeping this lounger clean is so easy. The cover comes off and goes straight into the washing machine, and it still looks as good as new. The instructions for restoring the shape were helpful, and I had it set up in no time after unpacking.
