  • Mothers Day
My 14 month old daughter and I made a hand and foot print and painted it for Mothers Day and it was easy safe and made a great gift. I highly recommend takes about 48hours to completely dry in a 65-75 F temp.

  • Perfect and easy to use! Makes a great gift!
I bought this to create two ornaments for each of my babies as well as use the extra clay to make a Christmas gift for grandma. It was a wonderful set and very easy to use. The clay comes already prepared and you just have to mold it into the plastic shapes which are a circle and a heart. The only real issue I noticed was the paint that came with the kit was not very bright I was really looking forward to pink and blue hand prints as I have boy and girl twins. The pink was more of a coral color and the blue was extremely extremely light more of a white grayish blue. Overall the kit was absolutely great and grandma Loved her gift as we used it with the stands instead of hanging it like an ornament. If you are looking to make easy and inexpensive gifts and memories of your babies tiny hands or feet to family members I highly recommend this kit to you. ... show more

  • Great gift
My daughter and her husband had a baby in 2018 so I wanted to do this as a First Christmas gift to them. Emmy was 10 mos old at Christmas. I could only fit one of her hands on the mold which worked fine. Just wanted to note that if you wish to fit a hand and foot or two hands, two feet, the child needs to be much younger. Once, thoroughly drive (after a few days), I painted the mold and left the hand print white to give it contrast. I wrote with a fine sharpie, 1st Christmas 2018. Also wrote on the back of the mold that it was from Emmy. My daughter loved it. The dough seems pliable enough to work with and if you mess up the first time, you can run the dough through your hands and start over again. Use something thick enough to make a hole all the way through the dough so you can get the rope or ribbon inserted when it's dry if that's what you choose to do. ... show more

  • Almost perfect!
This kit was step-by-step and very easy to use. It comes with two pieces of clay, two mold shapes (heart or oval), four pieces of ribbon (two pink, two blue, two twine), two stands, two paintbrushes, and a set of paint with five colors. I have enough supplies leftover to make another ornament for a future second child. We made sure to smooth the clay out (as the directions instruct you to) and it turned out great! The only reason I am giving this kit four stars is because the paint is very watery. It took three coats (all the paint for that color) to cover the light blue area that is pictured and it is still fairly light. ... show more

  • So-so
I followed the instructions but I don't know why it turned up not pretty :( i used blue and yellow paints for the feet and hands print respectively, but the yellow paint is too faint to see, no matter how many times I reapplied that part. The wax paper is too slippery when I tried to print my son's hands and feet on it, so I decided not to use it and used my hands instead. I guess better use the ink one and have a better and more visible result of the print than this one. The one thing I particularly like is that they give all the essentials including ribbon and even the pouch for each of it but too bad it's too difficult for me to use. ... show more

  • Hard to get print
It is very hard to get the handprint, because if it is a baby, you have to wait till they're sleeping and press their hand in pretty hard. Which is very difficult. At least it was for my baby. She kept making a fist, which would mess up the clay. Once we got the handprint it was very nice, and made a very lovely gift ... show more

  • Good for newborns hand and footprints.
I bought this for my little one as the hospital didn't do hand or footprints and we wanted to have one to show him when he gets older. It's easy to use. But one issue we got is that it says to use a mug to smooth out the surface but unfortunately the clay/product doesn't fit the entire heart to do so so it took a while to actually smooth it out using a shot glass that would fit. The blue color that is in the set does not match the picture, we painted it and it's more of a see through blue even after painting it with several layers. Overall it is worth the buy. ... show more
