I recently tested out the Duo Chair with my two children and overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it. The best thing about this chair is its portability and easy folding mechanism. It's very convenient to take with us on the go, whether we're headed to the park, beach or camping. The dual feature is especially great for parents with twins or two children of similar size. The chairs themselves are designed well with good straps to hold the children in place. They are easy to put on and appear to be comfortable for my little ones. The sun shades are a nice touch as well, providing some much-needed protection from the sun. One downside to this chair is that it's quite short and small, which means my kids won't be able to use it for very long as they grow. Additionally, the fabric looks a bit thin and may not withstand the elements very well. This could be an issue if you plan on using it outside frequently. I knew that this portable double chair could either be really great or completely cumbersome. Fortunately, it was better built than I anticipated. The chair folds out much like a regular bag chair, it pushes down with two locks on the front. So each chair has its own lock. They’re easy to push down with the palm of your hand. To unlock the position and be able to fold the chair back up, you push the lock upwards. There are two canopies that are removable. They do not adjust so depending on the child and the height of the child, they may need to be removed. They are pop up and do not require any assembly. They fold into themselves into a flat type of disk once done. But if you don’t hold them they will flop back out. The best thing I have found to do with controlling them is to fold them up after I’m done with the chair and tuck them into the bag. The bag and the chair hold them in their place. The color of the chair, bag, and canopy are a dark gray color. That’s great for hiding dirt naturally. One concern was how to clean it. With kids, spills are just inevitable. The instructions say that you can hose it down and use soap and water to scrub it then let it air dry. It even recommends using the hose which would definitely be my go to option. Otherwise, since it’s bigger, I suppose you could clean it in a bathtub. But for me, I would definitely choose the hose option for the easiest way to clean it. Another unique feature about this chair is all of the pockets and holders. My grandkids just come with a lot of stuff. They always need drinks, snacks, and toys. There are cupholders and pockets galore in this chair. So each child has two cupholder sized pockets then there are an additional two larger pockets for toys or some other supplies. They are mesh so you can see through them plus they don’t let dirt or spilled goo build up like a solid cup holder could. Another feature worth mentioning are the seatbelts. The seatbelt is a five point harness. For older kids this really isn’t necessary. In my mind, you have a couple choices. You could just clip them off if you’re not going to use them or you can try to wiggle them out of the holders. They can be removed from the slots in the chair if necessary. Since I have a combination of older grandkids and younger grandkids, I have left mine in. In my case I usually just fold them out so the kids kind of sit on them. I rarely need to use them even for my younger grandkids though. But for safety and having a snack, I have used them a handful of times. Also, with my smaller/younger grandkids, their feet don’t reach the ground so it keeps them more stable. This double chair is well-made. The bag actually fits the chair and the canopies without feeling like you’re going to lose it by the end. The material is durable and high-quality. Being able to hose it off to clean it is essential with kids. I like the extra sun canopies. The locks stabilize the chairs so I don’t worry about them folding on their own. And then finally, there are many pockets and organization available on the chair which is always a plus. ... show more

We have loved his chair from day. One, it is our best choice for children, ages six months, through seven years and easily accommodate them all through a variety of fasteners/buckles for the smallest ones annd having enough space for older children as well.

My review is based on the Duo seat. It was easy to setup except it did take a good push to get the safety locks to click into place. The two canopies are easy to connect on. My 3yo and 5yo LOVED their new seat as it would be great for family cookouts and outside activities. They have spots to put their drinks and whatever snacks they have. Both seats have harnesses on them that are adjustable. Fabric is easy to wipe off if there are any spills and it's pretty light. When it came time to close it up after the initial setting up, both my husband and I struggled to get the safety locks to collapse back down. We managed to get one side, but we're unsuccessful on the 2nd side. Now I can't even fold it up to store it when it's not in use. I think having a button or switch to secure and unsecure the safety lock would be an ideal idea to make it easier. I really wanted to love this product as it is perfect for my two younger kids, but I can't because of this issue. ... show more

Love these for taking your kids to parades! Mine mostly want to stand up and look at the floats anyway but as the day wears on they are usually asking for places to sit down and fall asleep. These chairs are great because they're easy for us to carry, lightweight, super easy to set up - and the kids must find them comfortable enough to fall asleep in, because it happened two separate times. The chair is a little heavy if you were carrying it a long distance but we just had ours in the back of the truck, so it was great for that. Very simple to pop open and close when it's time to go.
