    • Does what it’s supposed to, but battery life sucks
I was really excited for this mat for our two month olds’ bassinet. It worked well to help him sleep longer, but it is very thick and you have to change the batteries twice per week if you plan to use it all night every night. We had to put a layer of rolled up pillow cases around the mat under the bassinet mattress or else there was a two inch drop off the mattress because the mat is thick depth wise and narrow width wise. It is also a real pain to change the batteries so frequently. Ultimately, the batteries ran out and I didn’t bother to change them anymore. It’s feasible to change the batteries more frequently with a bassinet mattress, but it would be a real hassle to change the batteries if the mat was under a crib mattress. I’d suggest finding a smaller product with better battery life. It’s also too expensive for all the work that has to go into it. ... show more

    • Control switch started getting hot ~ 6 months in
Let me start by saying that this product is the only reason my son started sleeping in his crib. We’ve used it every night for the last 6 months. However, just recently it started acting fiddly when powering on with brand new batteries. It seems to have a short somewhere in the product which causes the vibrations to dim significantly (read as: barely there) and the control button area warms up. I caught it pretty quickly but that part is quite concerning to me. That being said, I wish that they could rectify that potential hazard issue because this product saved my sanity. ... show more

    • Life saver… but the battery life sucks
This mat has been an absolute life saver for my LO. This mat is the only way I can get her to sleep at night. I have a very fussy colicky baby and she rarely sleeps so I got desperate and instead of spending over $500 on the snoo I decided to try this mat! I am so thankful I did! The only bad thing about this mat is that it is ran off of 4 AA batteries, so we have to replace the batteries every few days. ... show more

    • Worked pretty well for about 3 months
We purchased this for our 4 month old when she got too big for her bassinet and we wanted something that would provide vibration in her pack and play when she slept. This worked very well for the first 3 months. We purchased rechargeable batteries and like most reviews, we had issues with the app so we would just control the vibration level manually using the buttons. We switched the batteries every day so it wouldn't die in the middle of the night. It worked very well until about a month ago. The vibration became very loud, to the point where it would wake us up in the middle of the night. Then the mat got incredibly hot one night so we turned it off and in the morning it wouldn't turn back on. Very expensive to only last for 3 months. ... show more

So where do I begin with this mat. My grandson loves the vibration so the mat works great under his mattress. The problem is the battery casing is made cheap. We use rechargeable batteries but the casing doesn’t hold the connection making it seem as if the batteries keep dying. This makes the mat very frustrating to use. Wish i could get a new one that worked better but coarse this didn’t start happening till after the 30 day return policy. ... show more

    • App doesn't work!
Giving it 3 stars currently because the mat itself seems to be doing well. However the app does not work and that is VERY inconvenient. It connected to my phone the very first time but if you shut it off, you have to reconnect each time. When I turned it off while feeding my LO to save battery and when I went to turn it back on using the app before laying my LO down, the app would not connect to my phone. I even uninstalled and re-installed but no success. Obviously you can turn the mat on manually but it makes it very inconvenient when baby is already asleep and I'm trying to turn on the mat and not wake baby in the process before laying him down. ... show more

    • Hallelujah (just use rechargeable batteries)
After almost pulling the trigger on two Snoo rentals for my 8 week old twins, I came across this and ordered one to try. My twins have been refusing to sleep except through contact naps. Put them down in their bassinet, totally content, full bellies and fresh diapers, “drowsy but awake” etc and you still only had about 30 seconds before the screams started. I ordered this to try tonight and set them both on top of it. There was the typical newborn barnyard noises and then baby A passed out in 5 minutes. No crying. Baby B laid down for about 30 minutes, calm and unbothered before eventually falling asleep too. The nights not over yet but I already ordered a second one. I do recommend using rechargeable batteries. I have mine going continuously and I’m not sure I could get two nights out of it on a single set of batteries. It is a bit noisier than expected, but it’s a rhythmic white noise and definitely not louder or worse than a baby cry. ... show more
