Very practical since one can bathe, cloth and change the baby on the same item. However, the drainage system can require a special placement (if not, the baby is submerged by the dirty water at the end).

This item was given to us as a present and we assembled it and after the baby arrived we could not use it as it did not fit the bathroom door frame. I have no idea if I can return it without a box and stuff. Now it is standing here in the room taking so much space and we cannot use it.
