I have an average size 8 foot, not narrow, not wide. After ordering two pairs of these too big I ordered a pair size 8. When they arrived they went right on, so comfy. No rubbing on the back of my ankle, nice cushion in the foot bed. These fit like a glove, no slipping and no cramped toes. I don't believe there is arch support but they are flats. Ok, first you should know I have big feet, the curse of the Scottish perhaps. That means finding shoes that are long enough plus good looking is a truly hellish ordeal. Imagine how THRILLED I was to take a chance on this company’s shoes, discovering they were super comfortable and looked suitable stylish for a swanky dinner I was attending. I had no time to break them in ahead of the big shin dig yet my feet weren’t sore at all at the end of the night. The fit was perfect out of the box. And another plus is the overall look. I loved the subtle shading between the toe and shoe that made these flats look sharp and classy. I have had to pay much, much more for shoes this quality in the past. I kid you not. Shoes are pretty comfortable but you do need to go a whole size up. I wear a size 10 but it was too tight, I had to return and get them in a size 11 and they are fine. I use these for work where I stand a lot and the soles do help alleviate the soreness in my feet after my shift. I only wish the insides weren’t this beige color. It would look much better if it was black, but besides that I think it looks pretty and feminine. ... show more

I love these shoes! The padding is amazing and I can walk around in them all day without feeling pain in my feet. Sometimes the heel digs in a little bit, but a quick adjustment of the little socks I wear with them fixes that immediately! I’ve had them for a few months now and wear them every day to work. These shoes are really cute and fit comfortably. My only problem with them is that they squeak badly when walking or simply moving your feet in them. The squeaking for me is annoying.
