The hat is good quality but it came balled up in a small box crushing the hat. I also feel that it’s too expensive for what arrived. I had to Google how to reshape a straw hat using steam. Hopefully it’ll work, if it doesn’t then I wasted my money. Too bad I can’t just get a refund.

I bought this hat for the horse races and received tons of compliments! When I first opened it I was disappointed because it was flat and folded in places that shouldn't have been folded. I was bummed but then I ironed it and it came out perfectly. It comes with a clip and a headband. There weren't any instructions luckily I figured out that you place the headband through the loop. It was a windy day and I wish I would have bobby pinned the headband to my hair. Overall I was very satisfied!

The hat is cute but it was in a box that's too small for it and it was all crushed up. Does not look the way it does in the photo. You should provide a box to store it in that it FITS in.

I really loved this fascinator and it shipped super quickly. It blocked out the sun, which was also very nice. The only downside was that it was heavy. The weigh caused the clip to not stay and I was forced to use the included head band. Was glad they included the head band, but wasn’t planning to wear it. Overall, was very happy with the hat !
