The media could not be loaded. Don't do a lot of reviews, but I'm going to share everything that I wanted to know about this pad before ordering. Looked at many different liners on Amazon, ebay, Lowes, harbor freight, etc. Decided to take a chance on this one because of the price for the roll length. Did not notice any odor for those of you who care about that. Grids make it easy to cut if you have good lighting. Cuts easy, clean, and quick with a razor blade, but kitchen scissors work just as good. 11 drawers and 2 compartments in the top in less than 30 minutes. Take your time on the first and use it as a template for the rest. Pad is 1\8" thick which is plenty. Don't be skeptical and look for something thicker. You're not sleeping on it. There may be thicker pads out there but this pad is dense and rugged. Pad appears to be impermeable. Ran hot water on it for 30 seconds and nothing came through. Wipes dry so it should be easy to clean. This is an upgrade on my old liner which lets dirt and grease pass through to the drawer bottoms. Compared to the old liner, it doesn't provide quite as much friction but the trade off for being solid, firmer, and better looking is worth it. Video shows that tools stay in place well so it's not a big deal to me. I cut out squares the same size for the new and old and put a roll of electrical tape on each for weight and put on a baking sheet. New didn't slide until about about 50 degree angle and the old made it to around 70 degrees. Both more than enough for a level drawer. Scraped fairly hard with a screw driver several times and it held up well. Would protect the drawers if something were to fall or scrape. Both sides look the same so they could be flipped over years later and look new again. Still have several feet left over which I will probably be using for shelves around the house and dashboard compartments in vehicles. Worth buying a large roll. Be creative and think of other uses. Tried to give an honest and unbiased review and really could not think of anything negative. It's clear that they put a lot of thought into making the perfect balance of foam/rubberiness(?) to provide the highest level of practicality. Hope this helps.

Reasonably priced and they stay put inside tool drawers keeping the items in place while the drawers are pulled in and out. Since these need to be cut to size, the best way is to use a trimming wheel with a cutting mat along with a yard long metal ruler. THese provide precise cutes that fit perfectly. Use a sharp wheel and the material cuts perfectly.

I thought it would be a little denser than it was. It is adequately thick but pretty light. Nevertheless it lays flat and does a good job of cushioning heavy tools. I thought I would have a lot of waste, but I didn't. In one case I cut two pieces to fit a large drawer and taped them together (on the bottom) and you can't even tell it is two pieces. I did some price comparisons and this was a good price per sq. ft. I wish I would have used this a long time ago instead of some cheap crap I purchased. Over all I'm happy.

I have both a wired and old steel rack, both 18” deep. The covering of the old steel/flat one was cosmetic (it’s rough and a tad rusty) and for slide control. The wired is for fall through prevention. The 18” measurement was perfect for me - less cutting - the roll was great for the amount of shelves to cover. I find these (essentially toolbox) liners are a minimalist approach that works well for me for this application (shelving), versus self described shelving liners which we more expensive. My shopping experience - online and local - found the pricing was very good, and the longer/larger roll allowed me room for error. It cut easily with sharp scissors - box cutter did not work well for me - and for the flat steel rack I applied a few spots oh krazy glue to hold down the edges. About to order additional roll after this proof of concept success. No genius involved in selection as it was a SWAG (so many choices), but for me it’s all I need on shelving, and I had not seen that use case reviewed, only toolbox/drawer lining. I found it easy (though not necessarily quick - to insure proper fit and alignment) to handle and deal with. Results; No sliding - of the piece itself or items stored - as yet for either rack.

I searched looking for a good quality liner and most was thin or skimpy. This is just what I was looking for. The quality is good and easy to work with. It is non slip and the price was also good. I will order it again for other areas. Very happy.
