I’m 145lbs, 5’1 and 34D bra size. I ordered size small and when I tell you this is the perfect fit. It’s not see through and hugs by body. I’m already ordering more in different colors. The material is not super thick but it’s ribbed so that’s an added plus.

I do not recommend sizing down if you are bottom heavy unless you want you be able to see your skin/panties through the pants. The material is thin, so if you size down the material will stretch more making it see-through. I purchased this in four colors, and in two sizes. I am between a medium and large in most brands so I bought the medium and large and I preferred the fit of the large, it’s just more comfortable and my skin isn’t shining thru. It’s a very cute lounge set and I think it’s a decent price. If you’re on the slimmer side and don’t have a lot of b00ty or hips, you can probably size down but if you thicker then no need to size down. The fit of the top between the medium and the large was pretty similar. It is a very stretchy material so it’s going to be formfitting even if you go one size up. ... show more

This didn’t work for me that’s the reason I hate buying two piece sets. But maybe it’s just me. the top me was a bit too tight even though it was my size. I did like the leggings, they were cute and comfortable and had a little bit of compression similar to some tights. I swapped out the top with another shirt I had and added a cardigan and it was a cute casual outfit. Not sure a larger size would’ve made a difference.
