    • Great bat
Size: 27"

    • Great starter bat
Size: 27"
Great bat! My son loves Axe brand bats. He has another Axe bat and it has held up well over the Spring baseball season. If you are unfamiliar, make sure you pay attention to the card that comes with the box that teaches young players how an Axe bat. This is a great started bat to the teach how to hold, swing and can improve their hitting styles. The grip is rather sticky at first which may be very helpful for young batters who accidentally let go off the bat upon swinging. My son is 7 on the smaller side and about 45 lbs. He is in 8u and a 27in bat is the perfect size for him. ... show more

    • Great bat, but not for my kiddo
Size: 27"

I gor this baseball bat for my son, but he refused to use it because of the angled handle. I know that helps kiddos hold the bat better, but mine was not into it. Then, I gave the bat to my nephew, but he also doesn't like using it. Other than the angled handle, the bat is awesome! It's the perfect size and weight for C-Ball. It's great quality and the handle has plenty of cushion. They'd hit some dingers if they'd be willing to try it! ... show more

    • What a great bat for $100
Size: 27"
I am really happy with this Axe bat for my son, who plays AA baseball. He has a couple more expensive ones that have a better pop but that aren't allowed in regular season games; this one has a just okay pop but still lends itself to a solid hit. Honestly, I don't see that the others are in any way worth the 3x cost, especially for this age group. He is the only kid in the division with this specific bat, which is also nice as several of the kids have the same bats they've gotten at sports stores. I'm happy with the weight of this bat; it makes me feel pro just swinging it. It also feels relatively heavy duty; I doubt this one will be cracking, but I will of course update my review if it does. The length is also on point for him (he's 48 inches tall). ... show more
