Think thick nylon stocking. It stretches well but does not lose its elasticity over time. I wash it with my regular clothes on regular cycle and regular dry with everything and have had no issues, no lint balls or anything like that! This is made so well, I still fit this even after losing 30lbs! The fabric is so comfortable, I forget I’m wearing it sometimes and can sleep in it easily. My husband loves the way it feels and looks on me with all the peek-a-boo holes. Also, there is a different design pattern on front and back of top and bottom so you can mix and match each time you wear which I think is fun. So i got this item and I'll say it's for women with small vaginas because that space down below is false advertisement upon the draws and they do not look nothing like the picture for me that advertised. They also kept rolling up and did not stay on my hips as the draws went direction into my mommy flupa. That saggy meat after having kids right in front above your Pandora box. The top I would give a 8 it's cute but it kept on rolling up and wouldn't stay under my breast. If I could send this back, I would.
