I bought this nightie to wear on my honeymoon/elopement to Bora Bora. I wanted something white and bridal, but sexy. This ended up being absolutely PERFECT! The chemise looks EXACTLY as pictured which is so rare with any type of lingerie since the models are always an unrealistic body type. It is very flattering to my figure, true to size, the lace is good quality and didn't fall apart in the delicate cycle, it has adjustable straps to suit your chest size, and it actually provides some support and lift for me when I tighten the straps. Just to note, the material is see-through throughout the whole gown. It's hard to tell in the picture, but the chest part is transparent as well so you can subtly see some nip action. It is subtle though and actually looks really good in contrast to the more transparent gown part. So I did the bariatric surgery. It left me with lots of arm, leg and stomach skin. So I'm very self conscious about my body. My boyfriend isn't but of course I am my worst critic.. Let me tell you... I tried on this lingerie and ba-by it fits and covers the extra stomach skin. It flatters my leg and arm skin and most importantly, it holds the saggy girls in place and looks presentable. I wanted something sexy, but I've had a baby and, well.. it took a toll on my body and my confidence. I was nervous getting an outfit like I used to wear for my husband, post baby. I'm so happy I did. I feel great, it's sheer but it's thick enough that you don't see all my stretch marks and discoloration. It's long and flowy enough to cover my tummy without hugging to me, while short enough to still let the bottom of my bum peek out It doesn't have like, sturdy cups to give me a "great rack", but it is tight enough to hold up my post-breast feeding boobs and give me a confidence boost. Doesn't magically make cleavage like my bras do or the lovely model has, it's not magic. But it does hold em up like they're still perky! I feel confident and beautiful in this. I had pretty low expectations but this was so so cute and perfect for my fairy costume. I am 5'9" with a long torso so I am not surprised it did not cover my butt very much but I was wearing shorts anyways. Color very accurate to pictures. The top was opaque enough that I didn't need to wear a bra. Not very supportive though so I used boob tape. I wear a 32DD bra usually and I bought a medium in this.
