We already use the eczema therapy lotion for our baby, so I wanted to try these too. Apparently you can wash as normal and use this or just use this as a soak, it will clean too. His skin is so soft and it really helps soak in the moisture to reduce his dry patches. We already had his eczema under control from the lotion by the time we got this, but it’s still great for his skin! I’ll do a regular baby soap for routine baths and this like once a week. (If you’re not familiar with eczema, always lock in the moisture with a lotion, cream, balm, etc.! Within 3 minutes is best.) ... show more

I started using these in conjunction with dove brand, eczema, lotion, and body wash for babies. And it seemed to really tame the inflammation that was occurring his rash on his belly. I’m not sure what triggered eczema on him if it was a food or a material. But all allergies do run on my side of the family. Which I also read could be something that provokes eczema.
