For reference, I'm 5'4", 198 lbs, 36GG, 12/14, XL tops, and carry most of my weight in my midsection. Amazon's recommended size as well as the measurement chart indicated that I should be in an XL and that's what I ordered. It was a little tight on the next, but the shoulders and waist were great.
