The kit comes with 2 lamps, mounting hardware, and a wiring harness. Wiring harness comes with a lead for a power switch, has a fuse link on the positive side, and a relay. Wires are heavy gauge, and there is plenty available. Lamps have at least 24" of lead with a plug, and the wiring harness includes quite a bit more. I had zero worries about lack of wire. Lamps are heavy and well constructed. Look and feel like they can take some abuse. Definitely not cheap plastic. Mounting hardware is sturdy and easy to install on the lamp body. I mounted the lamps to hood mounts I already had installed. It comes with necessary screws, lock washers, nuts and allen wrenches. The main mounting bolt needs a 1/2 wrench. Run the switch lead through the firewall via the main rubber plug that runs the other ignition and power leads through, right behind the steering wheel . 3/4" hole saw will make the appropriate sized hole in the plastic of your dash area for the switch to fit. Run the 3 leads from the back through the whole, reattach switch to leads (take a picture of it first, so you know how to line up the 3 wires to the appropriate spade connectors.) and press and snap it into the hole. Relay mounts easily to an existing bolt somewhere on the firewall, close to the battery. Everything else is just running the individual lamp leads and zip tying the leads secure inside the engine bay. Took me about an hour, and I was in no hurry. Ran into zero difficulties at all. Straight and easy.

I got these light cubes for my quad cause they were cheap and the DRL function looked cool. They’re super bright and throw the light really far for how small they are. The DRL (daytime running light) function is awesome, I caught myself just staring at my quad once I had them installed lol. The mounts they come with are easy to install and have a lot of adjustment and I was able to utilize them on my quad. The included harness is more than long enough and everything was there to wire them up standalone if I wanted to. The only issue is there’s no separate wire or controller for the DRLs, they just cycle between them when powered on which is clever, but a bummer because I wanted to utilize the factory hi/lo switch on the quad. It would’ve been nice if that was specified in the listing somewhere. Would’ve rated 5 stars if it was. Overall I’m very happy with how bright these are and how good they look and now that I know how they work I’ll be buying more of these for my other projects for sure.

The media could not be loaded. I mounted these up high on my cargo trailer so I could see better when backing down our long driveway and when loading at night. I wired them to a relay so that when the reverse lights come on on my truck, it trips a relay to light up the lights on the trailer. I also wired in the switch that comes with these so that I can turn them on inside the trailer. I mounted the switch up high where the wires and relay were tucked up in the corner trim. Power comes from the trailer's 12 volt deep cycle battery that powers the electric tongue jack, interior lights and winch. The switch and relay complete the circuit to the battery to power the lights. Very happy with the setup and hopefully they will last a long time.

This kit comes with a switched wiring harness and a bridge rectifier is included. This gives you everything needed for bright lighting that does not flicker. Light heads are solid and durable. Light output is remarkable. This kit emits more intense light than my automobile headlights. Pleased with this purchase.
