Ordered in the cream and it requires a shirt underneath as the material is thin and almost see-through. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it could be for others. Runs true to size and very cute and flattering. Great for a business casual work environment.

It is a nice shirt, fits to size and stretches, however the material is t-shirt material so it looks cheap. The sleeves can also be itchy at times.
