This isn't really a soft set - it's not fleece lined or anything, but the fabric is VERY thick and heavy, so it feels more structured. There's not a lot of stretch. The hoodie fits me oversized but as someone with thick thighs, the shorts cling to my legs (as many shorts do) and I can't size up since I got an XL (normally US 14-16). If you have bigger legs I'd consider that as far as sizing. I don't think this runs large like other reviews, except maybe in the hoodie (but I love huge hoodies). It was a good price though so I'm keeping it. I slept in it and it was comfortable enough, the hoodie looks quality and expensive.

ok I know this is just a hoodie and pair of shorts but look… I bought this set, and a $100 pullover from another brand for my son and this pullover has better thicker higher quality material than the expensive one… and it comes with cute matching shorts?
