I think I could wear a large but bought XL bc wasn't sure of waist stretch. I'm keeping these pants bc they'll probably shrink when washed. I may add a fabric triangle to widen leg bottoms, but they look ok (husband says great) now. I can barely get the top on, however, & it's WAY too tight (not stretchy) to wear in public. That's because I am well endowed ( God given) I am 5'4" ,137 # however I am dieting so it shouldn't be a problem. I bought it for a bridal shower at a nice restaurant and it will be perfect. I didn’t like the way it made my profile look. There was excess fabric under the front seam that accentuated my lower torso in an unfortunate way. Super cute from the front. I’m 5’1” and ordered a Small. The length of the pants is perfect; you can wear it with flats or heels. It’s very comfortable. The pants are stretchy. The only thing I didn’t like was the top fit very lose. Overall a great set for summer.
