This was great while it worked. My husband used it with batteries and when the batteries died, he removed them and plugged it in. The item no longer worked when plugged in. After getting new batteries, the item no longer worked with batteries either. Don’t waste your money on this!!

I keep my Rolex watch in it so I never have to stress the watch by winding it. I don't wear the watch all the time, but with the winder, it's always ready to go.

The watch winder is well made and operates very quietly. The exterior leather finish is aesthetically pleasing and the see through window verifies the winder is operational.

I communicated with company and they instantly sent me the instructions in English, great customer service Stay tuned. All the instructions are in Chinese, I think! No English instructions are included. i’m going to have to return quite possibly unless I can get this remedied. The product is just fine, looks excellent and it is quiet.
