I add this to my carnivore recipes that require butter but will get ruined if I use wet butter. This is my alternative to freezing and grating butter for some recipes. Unlike cheddar bay biscuits where frozen shredded butter works great this can be still added for that stronger butter taste without ruining the fluff/puff of the end result. Not salty and no smell. Has a great shelf life and doesn’t take up room in my fridge/freezer. Being able to scoop and not have to wash butter off a measuring spoon is also nice. I use this primarily in my carno rolls, buns, and breads. Where I’m mixing it into egg whites and don’t want to add liquid which will shrink the end product

Doesn't taste like butter when mixed for spreading. It tastes a bit like powdered milk. Will be really good on popcorn.
