Pros: • Better than average design. • Full zippered access, as opposed to just an slot type opening found on other products. • Mesh strip near the top and grommeted drain holes in the bottom for ventilation. • Padded carrying handles exist on the top and side. • Plenty of room internally to carry other gear. • Rear panel contains large mesh expansion pocket (gloves, hat size ) and small zippered pocket (hand warmers, energy bars size). • Zippers have short, tabbed extenders, making them easier to find and pull with gloved hands. Cons: • As another reviewer pointed out, the velcro pole straps are woefully short. I can just barely lash down my poles that have hiking baskets, let alone snow baskets. Another two inches in length would be a definite improvement; I'll be adding an extender strap of velcro. It would also be useful to have a non-velcro end on the strap, to make it easier to find and grip with gloved hands. Other: As for size, when Atlas says 25", then mean it. My pair of Atlas 1025s fits snuggly in the case (they measure 25.5" tip to tail). Overall I definitely like the bag. The pole strap issue, while a design oversight, is only a minor annoyance. ... show more

I just only received mine, no snow yet...but loaded my snowshoes in the case for storage and plenty of room for gloves and such. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be very happy with however else I use this. Very happy I bought.

I love snowshoeing. I'm a member of the United States Snowshoe Asociation and have started snowshoe racing. I like this bag because it is tough, has internal pockets, one with a zipper, it's padded to protect my snowshoes, it has 2 padded handles and backpack pack straps to make carrying easy. I have a pair of Atlas 925s that fit perfect and give me some extra room for gaiters and gloves. It has front and bottom ventilation as well. I was surprised with how nice this bag is. If you have some 25 or smaller snowshoes snatch this bag up. I think it was worth every cent. ... show more

There are two handy inside pockets, and ventilation and drainage for melting snow are provided. There are also handy Velchro straps for carrying poles.
