We’ve tried to get this to work 3 times now, and haven’t been able to get it to work right. It may be that it’s so cold now it’s hard to spend any considerable amount of time fiddling with it, so I can give a little bit of benefit of the doubt. I tried to set it up in the daytime and couldn’t quite get it to focus correctly, and after I set up what we could we tried it twice outdoors, and it just ends up with kids screaming at us because they want to see the stars. Obviously, under different circumstances (warmer weather, without kids) we may have been able to get it to work, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. However, it has been a little frustrating as I don’t find it easy to use at all. Also, the tripod doesn’t seem to fit in the bag. It will stick out of the top and we can’t zip it all the way. Anyway, I’m sure there are better options out there, unfortunately this one didn’t work for us as easily as we had hoped.
